Product Manager (Sportsbook)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the development and optimization of the Sportsbook direction across partner products. The role is focused on working with partners, analyzing competitors and user behavior, implementing new features, improving retention, and increasing overall product performance across different GEOs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Configure and operate the Sportsbook part of partner products
• Analyze competitors and identify the strengths and weaknesses of their products
• Analyze competitors’ bonus offers and develop proposals tailored to specific GEOs
• Communicate with partners and handle their requests
• Enable and roll out new features for partners
• Analyze retention metrics and implement tools to improve retention
• Work with partners on A/B testing and UI customization
• Conduct user interviews with end users of the products

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of Product Manager experience (Sportsbook is a plus)
• Experience working with B2B partners or clients
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with product metrics such as retention, conversion, and engagement
• Experience with competitive analysis and developing product proposals
• Experience with A/B testing and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience with product customization
• Experience collecting and analyzing user feedback, including conducting user interviews
• Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
