Esports Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Esports Operations Manager to join our team.

This position is ideal for an analytical and proactive specialist with a strong interest in esports, betting, and operational processes.

As an Esports Operations Manager, you will work with performance data, prepare analytical reports, document internal processes, and coordinate with partners and cross-functional teams. You will also help identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development and optimization of existing tools and workflows.

What you’ll be doing:

• Communicate with partners and cross-functional departments;
• Prepare analytical reports, including analysis of event, player, and marketing campaign performance;
• Document internal processes;
• Improve workflows and operational processes across different team departments;
• Develop and optimize existing technical functionality.

What we’re looking for:

• Knowledge of the esports industry;
• Confident user of Excel and Google Sheets;
• Basic understanding of document management in a B2B environment;
• High level of responsibility and initiative;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle routine, detail-oriented tasks;
• Experience working in a betting company, sports betting trading, or an analytics department;
• Willingness to take ownership and show initiative.
