Internal Employer Brand Communications Specialist

Job Overview

We’re looking for a talented Internal Employer Brand Communications Specialist who will help us build clear and transparent communication inside the company. In this role, you’ll turn formal or complex information into simple, understandable messages that employees actually want to read.

You’ll help make sure that everything we communicate internally,  from emails to posts and announcements - sounds clear, professional, and friendly. We’re looking for someone who has a good sense of context, can tell a clear story, and easily notices and fixes grammar or wording issues so that every message feels polished and consistent with the company’s tone of voice.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing internal communication channels and planning:

• Leading the company’s key internal communication channels: keep information up to date, launch new channels when needed, and encourage colleagues to engage with internal initiatives;
• Develop and implement a content plan at least 2+ months ahead, proposing new formats, topics, and approaches to better engage employees;
• Prepare internal digests highlighting the most important company updates and news.

Content creation and Copywriting:

• Write and publish posts about new vacancies, company stories, and team achievements;
• Create and edit content for the internal platform, suggest initiatives, and internal communities;
• Collaborate with tech leads and other colleagues to prepare materials that support knowledge sharing within the company.

Proofreading and Tone of Voice:

• Ensure consistency across all internal communications, from official policies and announcements to surveys and internal messages;
• Final proofreading of materials, ensuring grammatical accuracy and alignment with the company’s values and Tone of Voice across all channels.

Cross-functional collaboration:

• Work closely with designers to create visual materials that support internal communications.
• Collaborate with the HR and Recruitment teams to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Brand Communication Specialist;
• Strong writing and editing skills in Ukrainian and English, with excellent attention to grammar and clarity;
• The ability to turn complex or formal information into clear, simple, and engaging messages;
• High attention to detail and the ability to proofread texts before publication;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and manage a content calendar;
• A proactive mindset and willingness to suggest new ideas and improve internal communication formats; 
• Experience preparing clear briefs and technical requirements for designers (visuals for posts, internal materials, presentations, etc.)
• An understanding of how to maintain a consistent Tone of Voice across different communication channels;
• Ability to interview colleagues on technical topics.
