Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented BetAdmin to join our Sports Operations team.

This position is suitable for both experienced specialists and candidates who are just starting their careers—we are ready to provide full training and help you learn all the necessary processes.

As a BetAdmin, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and settling sports events while ensuring the accuracy and quality of betting content delivered to our partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with sports data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create sports events and betting markets in internal systems;
• Monitor pre-match and live betting content to ensure accuracy and consistency;
• Settle betting markets according to official match results;
• Analyze and resolve content-related issues;
• Perform quality assurance checks to maintain data accuracy;
• Collaborate with Trading, Product, and other internal teams on operational matters;
• Communicate with partner support teams regarding technical or content-related issues;
• Follow internal procedures and SLA requirements;
• Maintain operational documentation and report identified issues.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to details;
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment;
• Basic English (written communication skills are a plus);
• Good understanding of sports and genuine interest in the sports industry;
• Basic understanding of the betting industry is an advantage;
• Confident computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Willingness to work a shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in sports betting, iGaming, or operations support;
• Knowledge of various sports and betting markets;
• Experience working with internal operational or back-office systems.
