Live Trader (Dota 2)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Live Trader (Dota 2) who has a deep understanding of Dota 2 and is ready to work with live esports events, betting markets, and real-time risk management in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Dota 2, has strong analytical thinking, enjoys making quick decisions under pressure, and wants to build a career in the betting and esports industry.

We welcome candidates with previous betting or trading experience, as well as motivated Dota 2 enthusiasts with excellent game knowledge and a strong analytical mindset.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyze the Dota 2 esports market in real time;
• Analyze statistical data and provide analytical insights;
• Prepare reports based on market and match analysis;
• Participate in live trading and risk management during Dota 2 matches;
• Add betting markets and make necessary adjustments;
• Monitor market movements and react promptly to changes;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent knowledge of Dota 2;
• Strong understanding of the professional Dota 2 scene and esports ecosystem;
• Willingness to work a flexible and irregular schedule;
• Strong analytical and mathematical thinking;
• Attention to details;

• Responsibility and ownership mindset.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in betting, trading, or bookmaker operations;
• Understanding of betting markets and odds formation;
• Experience with analytical or statistical tools;
• Personal experience playing Dota 2 at a competitive level or actively following the professional scene.
