Business Card Lottery
The Business Card Lottery is open to all attendees of ICE Barcelona 2026.
To participate, visitors are invited to come to the DATA.BET stand 5G31, meet the team, and leave their business card in the lottery box. Each business card represents one entry into the draw.
After the promotion ends, a winner will be drawn by hand from all valid entries. The winner will be announced at the DATA.BET stand on January 20, 2026, at 16:00 local time.

Cosplay Photo Challenge (LinkedIn)
The Cosplay Photo Challenge combines live entertainment, fun, and social media interaction.
During the event, you’ll find DATA.BET cosplayers around the expo floor and at our stands. To join in, just follow these steps:
1. Take a photo with a DATA.BET cosplayer
2. Publish the photo on LinkedIn
3. Tag the official DATA.BET LinkedIn page
4. Follow the company’s LinkedIn page
5. Ensure their LinkedIn profile is set to public, so the post can be viewed and verified
Everyone who completes these steps will be entered into a draw. The winner will be announced at the DATA.BET stand on January 20, 2026, at 16:00 local time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Nature of the Activity.
1.1. The “Business Card Lottery” is a free-to-enter promotional prize draw for networking and marketing purposes only. The use of the term “Lottery” is for marketing purposes only and does not constitute a regulated gambling lottery under Law 13/2011, of 27 May, on the regulation of gambling. - No Consideration
2.1 No payment, purchase, or wager is required to participate. - Media and Publicity
3.1. By participating in the Activity, all participants grant organizers the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes, including posting on social media and other marketing channels without any compensation.
- Early termination of the Activity
4.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Activity at any time without prior notice and without the need to indicate the grounds. In particular, the Organiser may avail itself of this option should the proper conduct of the competition not be assured owing to technical causes (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or legal reasons. The Organiser may demand that a participant pay compensation for any damages incurred if any such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant.
- Data protection
5.1. The Organiser collects, processes, uses and stores participant data provided during registration for the duration of the competition for purposes of conducting and completing the competition and provides such data to the respective Summit organizers, Activity sponsors and other third parties as necessary.
5.2. All personal data from participants is processed and used by the Organiser in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Further information can be found in the Privacy Policy.
- Participation Withdrawal
6.1. Each participant is free to request the deletion of their registration details by sending notice of withdrawal to [email protected] and thus withdraw from participation.
- Liability
7.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any technical issues that may affect participation in the Activity.
7.2. The Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of further use of the prize by the participant once it has been received.
7.3. Any tax liability arising from the receipt of a prize is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner in their country of residence or the jurisdiction where the prize is received. The winner agrees to indemnify the Organizer against any tax claims made by any authority regarding the prize.
7.4. As a condition to being allowed to participate in the Activity and to the greatest extent permitted by the applicable laws and regulations, each participant hereby releases, acquits, forever discharges, and holds harmless the Organizer and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees and other representatives (“the Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, charges, suits, actions, cause of actions, proceedings, investigations, disputes, or demands, of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, in law or in equity, whether arising by statute or common law or otherwise, both direct and indirect, which any participant has had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have against the Released Parties, in each case arising out of, relating to, or in connection with such participant’s participation in the Activity, the delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize, any costs, injuries, illness, losses, and damages (including related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property), rights of publicity or privacy, defamation and portrayal in a false light (collectively, the “Released Claims”). In no event shall any Participant have, and Participant hereby irrevocably waives, any right to sue, and covenants not to sue, based upon or assert or support any Released Claim against the Released Parties.
7.5. Other terms
7.5.1. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” without any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, including but not limited to quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
7.5.2. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, participant eligibility, scheduling and staging of the league, and penalties for misconduct, lie solely with the Organizer, the decisions of which are final. The Organizer decisions with respect to these Terms and Conditions and the Activity cannot be appealed and shall not give rise to any claim for monetary damages or any other legal or equitable remedy.
7.5.3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via the official Activity communication channels.
7.5.4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country of incorporation of DATA.BET, without regard to conflict of law principles.
