Product / Retention Manager

Job Overview

We're looking for a Product / Retention Manager to join our growing team and help our partners build products that keep players engaged for the long run.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help tailor the product to specific audiences and markets;
  • Develop best practices and recommendations for operators;
  • Propose improvements to retention mechanics: bonuses, gamification, personalization;
  • Collaborate with in-house product managers to integrate new solutions;
  • Analyze partner metrics: LTV, ARPU, churn, retention cohorts;
  • Work with partners on A/B testing and UX customization.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Retention Manager;
  • Understanding of retention and engagement mechanics in betting, iGaming, or related industries;
  • Experience working with CRM, loyalty systems, and communication tools;
  • Data analysis skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (working with international partners);
  • A plus: experience in marketing, gamification or UX research.
