What you’ll be working on:

As a trader, you will turn your knowledge and analytical skills into data and probabilities to make responsible and correct decisions, using the tools offered by our company, to achieve individual and team results. You will work closely with other product departments, such as analysts, to identify trends and improve metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze sports markets, statistical indicators, and make data-driven analytical decisions.

Curate odds and rates for various betting markets.

Monitor news from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate with other teams (e.g., analytics) to define data needs and provide analytical support.

Create concise reports for the team leader.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) clearly and consistently.

Conduct in-depth analyses to identify customer trends and patterns.

About you:

We’re looking for someone passionate about eSports and mathematics. You will thrive in this role if you have:

• Strong Analytical Skills: You enjoy working with data, extracting insights, and making decisions based on your conclusions.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy is essential in our field, and your ability to ensure precision will be key.
• Communication: You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with others and can express your thoughts clearly.
• Patience: You can sit at a computer for 12 hours straight without losing concentration while performing monotonous tasks.
• Proactive Mindset: You take initiative, are self-motivated, and don’t wait for instructions to tackle problems or suggest improvements.

Must-have skills and experience:

• Excellent knowledge of esports scenes (MOBA disciplines: Dota 2, League of Legends, etc.) – not only tier-1, but also tier-2 and tier-3.
• Willingness to study less popular shooters in detail.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Understanding of the principles of bookmaker companies.
• Punctuality and responsibility.

Nice to have:

• Experience in sports/esports betting will be an advantage.

Personal qualities:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a knack for prioritization.
• A quick learner who’s eager to grow and contribute.
