SMM Manager

We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and highly organized SMM Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role involves managing and scaling our social media presence across multiple company profiles with a focus on consistent branding, content quality, and measurable results. The ideal candidate is someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on practise, is not afraid to test new ideas, and can seamlessly collaborate across departments. You will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business and lead generation goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create and implement a content plan for all company social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube);

• Work closely with the design team on visuals to align content with overall brand messaging;

• Control the deadlines and ensure timely publications;

• Create the guideline of the company’s tone of voice and write engaging texts for B2B audiences;

• Track and report on key performance metrics, providing monthly insights and recommendations for DATA.BET SMM channels, & analyze the competitors’ performance;

• Stay up to date with social media algorithms and trends adapting strategy accordingly;

• Control sentiment and comments, and notify about any issues in time;

• Work closely with the PR manager on creative texts on different publications (announcements, editorials, interviews) for our SMM channels.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who thrives on precision and collaboration.

• 1 year of proven SMM experience in iGaming / Betting industry (B2B preferred);
• 2 years of proven experience in social media management (LinkedIn, IG, FB, X, YouTube);
• Strong English writing and communication skills (B2+);
• Strong copywriting skills;
• Confident usage of photo & video tools;
• Desire to work on cross-functional tasks in PR/Marketing/Content Management;
• Proven experience running paid SMM campaigns (LinkedIn / Meta);
• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Figma.
