What you’ll be doing:
- Implement, support, and enhance core HR practices within the company: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, and internal events.
- Build and maintain trusted, partnership-based relationships with every employee in the company.
- Act as a coach to help find the best solutions that align both employee needs and business goals.
- Lead HR initiatives and bring them to life across the organization.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR.
- Previous experience in the IT industry is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in designing, organizing, and implementing internal HR processes.
- English — Intermediate level or higher.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Curiosity and a proactive mindset.
- High level of organization and ability to work independently.
- Focus on quality and results.
