What you’ll be doing:
  • Implement, support, and enhance core HR practices within the company: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, and internal events.
  • Build and maintain trusted, partnership-based relationships with every employee in the company.
  • Act as a coach to help find the best solutions that align both employee needs and business goals.
  • Lead HR initiatives and bring them to life across the organization.

What we’re looking for:
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR.
  • Previous experience in the IT industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in designing, organizing, and implementing internal HR processes.
  • English — Intermediate level or higher.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity and a proactive mindset.
  • High level of organization and ability to work independently.
  • Focus on quality and results.
