Live Trader (eSports)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Live Trader in the esports domain who has a solid understanding of betting and esports and is ready to work with live matches, markets, and odds in a dynamic environment.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about esports, able to quickly navigate information, comfortable with a non-standard schedule, and eager to grow in the betting/trading field.

We consider both candidates with relevant experience and motivated specialists without direct trading experience, but with a strong understanding of betting and esports.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyze the esports market in a live environment;
• Work with live matches and live betting markets;
• Add markets and make necessary adjustments;
• Monitor market movements and react promptly to changes;
• Analyze statistical data and provide analytical insights;
• Participate in risk management related to esports matches;
• Gradually dive into new disciplines and expand expertise in esports trading.

What we’re looking for:

• Basic or strong understanding of betting and bookmaker logic;є
• Personal betting experience (past or present) is highly preferred;
• Understanding of how odds are formed and what factors influence them;
• Interest in esports and knowledge of at least several popular disciplines;
• Preferably familiar with games such as Counter-Strike, Dota 2, and Valorant;
• Understanding of core game mechanics in Counter-Strike, Dota 2, and Valorant is preferred;
• Strong advantage: knowledge of Rainbow Six;
• Additional plus: familiarity with StarCraft II, Overwatch, Rocket League, or other esports disciplines;
• Willingness to work a flexible and irregular schedule;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Independence, responsibility, and decision-making ability;
• Ability to handle large volumes of information.

Nice to have:

• Experience in live trading / betting / bookmaker environment;
• Experience working with esports markets;
• Experience with analytical or risk-related tasks;
• Hands-on experience playing or actively following esports disciplines.
