Experience in creating a department/team from scratch
International recruiting experience
Knowledge of the English language (B2 and above)
Proven success in recruiting and filling technical positions of middle and higher level
Organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
Experience in describing policies and procedures for personnel selection
Ability to cope with ambiguity and changing priorities
Critical thinker, capable problem solver who focuses on continuous improvement
Managing the recruiting department and ensuring high-quality hiring
Management, mentoring and coaching of the recruitment team
Coordinate the team's workload, prioritize tasks
Develop and monitor key indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of employment practices
Knowledge of hiring metrics
Team player who can connect and support the team in various topics and tasks
Monitor compliance with hiring policies, processes and standards at all levels
Develop and implement recruitment and talent selection programs to meet the company's business needs
Coordinate cooperation with freelancers and agencies (if necessary), analyze external events, their impact on the company, and develop solutions
Develop recommendations for improvement using data from our ATS, post-interview and hiring surveys, and other feedback systems
