Managing the websites - work with content, SEO department, and designers;
Controlling the ads campaign in media - banner promotions, magazine advertising, company directory;
Managing the event calendar, planning and adjusting budgets;
Initiating the construction works and booking of stands, preparation of the necessary documentation, brand management;
Launching of promo materials, merchandise;
Communication with the stand builders and organizers;
Ordering of items necessary for the event, preparation of design templates, development and control of construction works;
Supervising of checklists for each member of the team and their work at the event;
Coordinate travel requests, including bookings, payments, and reporting.
Excellent spoken/written language proficiency in English;
Previous experience in a marketing position (at least 2 years);
Prior sports betting or iGaming background will be considered a desirable asset;
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines;
Familiarity with media platforms and trends, and an understanding of their impact on content engagement.
