Development of methodological and training documents, work standards, instructions and recommendations for traders and their adjustment;

Optimization of operational processes;

Development of grades;

Searching for new markets for eSports, developing new disciplines;

Make proposals to management to improve the work of the department, the trading program and the entire work process;

Reporting on the results of the department's work;

Analysis of existing software for trading, recommendations for its improvement.
