Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT (software development, legal support to computer or mobile platforms, etc.), Intellectual Property law, and International contract law (English law mostly) is essential.
Proven background in handling corporate/M&A, banking, and regulatory compliance issues will be advantageous.
Proficiency in advanced English (C1 Level) is required

Manage contractual responsibilities, including drafting and revising agreements, and facilitating communications with internal colleagues and external counterparties.
Provide daily corporate and compliance support.
Address employment-related legal matters across different jurisdictions.
Conduct comprehensive legal research on legislation from various regions (including Ukraine, EU, UK, USA), and maintain up-to-date knowledge on laws affecting the company.
Oversee the completion and submission of KYC and DD processes, including the preparation of relevant forms.
Conducting legal due diligence and preparing respective due diligence reports for making a decision on further possible cooperation.
Prepare and review a variety of documents for daily corporate operations, such as applications, letters, and confirmation of turnover balances.
Perform legal due diligence and compile detailed reports to assist in decision-making regarding potential collaborations.
