Work experience in IT (B2B oriented company) or/and iGaming industry
At least 3 years of people management experience: target-setting, monitoring, business processes development Fluent English Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, team-player
Strong service/client-oriented attitude
Hubspot CRM experience is a plus
Set up a process to manage, motivate and mentor a team in the long run
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Develop individual quotas and assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Follow big deals, analyze special cases, overdue activities, deal flows
Identify, design, develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company’s mission
Market research in key areas of online business
Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions
Provide monthly / quarterly reports on the work results
